It is good to be available but is very bad to be always available. Clients often lose respect for those who are always available. As a freelance email manager, you may need to be flexible with your schedule to accommodate client needs. Be prepared to adjust your schedule as needed. But create rules: it will cost 2x, for example, or you will need a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any urgent requests outside of your regular working hours.
